Experience tea and food reimagined in the perfect bite, with a zesty lemon myrtle and ginger tart, a smoky lapsang chocolate parfait and a fragrant Earl Grey macaron. Three of the nine tea-infused items are crafted to complement matching tea-pairings, taking your high tea experience to a new level of elegance.
The event will be hosted by Impala & Peacock's director Sarah de Witt, and Collins Coffee House's pastry chef and owner, Laura Petrazzuolo.
