As part of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival, Collins Coffee House has partnered with Impala & Peacock to create a high tea like no other, where tea moves from the cup to the plate. Enjoy nine indulgent delicacies, including three desserts infused with specialty teas and paired with matching brews, poured tableside from our bespoke tea trolley.
Savour creations such as zesty lemon myrtle & ginger tart, smoky lapsang chocolate parfait, and fragrant Earl Grey macaron, guided by an Impala & Peacock tea sommelier who shares the stories behind each blend.
